The owner of this design build wanted to create a high-end storage service. Careful layout of units maximized rentability. The owner sought a unique street-side appeal to the lot. To achieve this effect, we used a simple but unique roof shape that builds in height while decreasing in width toward the main entrance. A pattern of siding that mixes 3 colours created an eye-catching façade to further enhance the exterior.
